Metro's terms say that if it accepts a late or partial payment you must still pay the full amount you owe. Metro also says it may impose limits on the amount of money you can pay towards your account, or the number of payments you may make in a period of time.
Metro says a Service Cycle is approximately 30 days long and begins on your Service Cycle anniversary date, the recurring monthly renewal date for your service, unless your rate plan specifies otherwise. Unused rate plan allotments, bundles and buckets expire at the end of your Service Cycle and do not roll over to the next one.
