Free eSIM Campaign

This document sets out the terms (“Terms”) of the ‘FREE eSIM’ campaign (“Offer”) and is part of the Policies, Standards and Procedures of Bitrefill. These Terms apply to the ‘FREE eSIM’ campaign for a free 1GB eSIM made available by Airfill Prepaid AB, a limited liability company (aktiebolag) incorporated in Sweden and having its registered office at Mailbox 2333, 111 75 Stockholm, Sweden, registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) under number 559001-6035 (trading as “Bitrefill”) to Customers of the Bitrefill app.

These Terms supplement and form part of Bitrefill’s Terms and Conditions available at www.bitrefill.com/terms (“T&Cs”), including, without limitation, Section 13 (Other rewards or prizes) and Section 27 (Bitrefill eSIM). Where these Terms conflict with the T&Cs, these Terms shall prevail. The T&Cs apply to all that is not specifically addressed in these Terms. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning given in the T&Cs.

1. The Offer

The Offer consists of 1GB mobile data eSIM (“Free eSIM”) made available to Eligible Customers.

Eligible Customers may claim 1 (one) Free eSIM at no charge for one of the Eligible Destinations. The Offer covers the Free eSIM itself only, and it does not include any other product.

The Offer is valid from 1 September 2026 and shall remain valid until suspended or revoked by Bitrefill.

2. Eligibility

To claim the Free eSIM, a Customer must, at the time of the claim:

  • hold a registered Bitrefill account;
  • not have previously purchased or claimed a Bitrefill eSIM, on this or any other account Bitrefill reasonably associates with the Customer;
  • meet the eligibility requirements in the T&Cs, namely in respect of age and sanctions in Section 25, T&Cs; and
  • be claiming for one of the Eligible Destinations.

Bitrefill may request verification of any of the eligibility requirements above, as may reasonably be necessary or convenient, and may treat a claim as ineligible if it deems any of the above is not met.

Customers that meet all of the above eligibility requirements are “Eligible Customers”. No payment or purchase of any kind is required from Customers to become Eligible Customers.

3. Limitations

Eligible Customers can only claim Free eSIMs through the Bitrefill app on iOS and Android. Eligible Customers will not be able to claim Free eSIMs on the Bitrefill website or through any other channel.

Each Eligible Customer can only claim 1 (one) Free eSIM, for life, regardless of the number of accounts, devices, email addresses, or other identifiers used to claim it.

Use of multiple accounts, or any other means, to circumvent stated limits are subject to, and shall be treated in accordance with, Section 8, T&Cs.

Failure to comply with any of the conditions set forth in these Terms may result in ineligibility for the Offer, at the sole discretion of Bitrefill.

Any activity, even if only attempted, aimed at obtaining an advantage through acts that distort the purpose of the Offer and/or that infringe the provisions in these Terms will be considered illegal, and Bitrefill reserves the right to deny access to the Offer.

4. Destinations

The Free eSIM is available for the following destinations only (“Eligible Destinations”):

  • Australia,
  • Brazil,
  • France,
  • Germany,
  • Italy,
  • Mexico,
  • Netherlands,
  • Spain,
  • Thailand,
  • Turkey,
  • United Kingdom,

Bitrefill may add, remove, or change Eligible Destinations at any time. The list current at the time of a claim governs that claim; earlier or later versions of the list do not apply to it.

5. Refunds

The Free eSIM is provided at no cost, and it has no cash value. For this reason, the Free eSIM cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash or any other product. Once claimed, the Free eSIM is non-refundable, without prejudice to any statutory right available to you under applicable law that cannot be excluded by these Terms.

6. Our Rights

Bitrefill may, at its sole discretion and at any time, without prior notice: amend these Terms, change, limit, pause, or withdraw the campaign, in whole or in part or in respect of any Eligible Destination, and set, change, or exhaust a budget or claim a cap for the campaign, after which further claims may be declined until, if ever, the campaign resumes. None of the foregoing affects a Free eSIM already validly issued before such changes.

7. Other Terms

The Free eSIM is a reward administered under Section 13, T&Cs. Eligibility to claim a Free eSIM does not depend on chance and is not a Contest for purposes of Section 13, T&Cs, or under any applicable standards.

Once issued, the Free eSIM is a Bitrefill eSIM plan and is governed in all other respects by Section 27, T&Cs, which is not amended by these Terms except as expressly stated herein.
