WeChat Pay HK Geschenkkarte

1. 電子現金券適用於香港、内地及澳門支持WeChat Pay HK的商戶及服務以WeChat Pay HK，自領取之日起計至指定到期日有效，逾期不獲補發。
2. 電子現金券不可換領現金，也不適用於任何儲值支付工具增值服務、P2P付款轉賬、本地或國際匯款、紅包及繳稅。
3. 電子現金券只適用支付大於電子現金券面值之交易。
4. 用戶使用WeChat Pay HK支付， 每次交易可用1張電子現金券。如用戶WeChat Pay HK「優惠券」內有多於1張電子現金券，WeChat Pay HK系統會先自動使用面值較高的電子現金券。如果「優惠券」內有多於1張相同面值的電子現金券，WeChat Pay HK系統會先自動使用較先到期的電子現金券。
5. 如完成支付後發生退款，則退還實際支付金額，優惠金額不予退款，電子現金券使用後不會重發。
6. 如果用戶以欺詐或不當行為獲取和/或使用電子現金券，WeChat Pay Hong Kong有權取消用戶參與推廣活動和/或使用優惠的資格。
7. WeChat Pay Hong Kong保留權利於任何時間修訂、更改本次推廣活動之任何條款及細則，或終止本推廣活動而毋須事先發出通知。
8. 此等條款及條件的中文與英文文本如有差異，概以中文文本為準。

1. The E-Cash Vouchers can be applied to purchasing WeChat Pay HK at Hong Kong, China's Mainland, and Macau merchants that support WeChat Pay HK. Please claim the E-Cash Voucher before the expiry date stated and it cannot be reissued once it expires.
2. The E-Cash Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and not applicable for SVF top-up, P2P transfer, local and international remittance, red packets, and tax purposes.
3. The E-Cash Vouchers can only be used when each transaction amount is larger than the E-cash Voucher face value.
4. Users can use 1 E-Cash Voucher per transaction conducted with WeChat Pay HK. If a user receives more than 1 E-Cash Voucher in ‘Coupons’, the WeChat Pay HK system will automatically deduct the E-Cash Voucher with a higher value. If a user receives more than 1 E-Cash Voucher with the same value in ‘Coupons’, the WeChat Pay HK system will automatically deduct the E-Cash Voucher with an earlier expiration date.
5. Based on WeChat HK discretion, should a refund or return of goods be accepted for exceptional cases, the actual amounts will be refunded only. The discounted amount from the utilization of the E-Cash Voucher will not be reissued and non-refundable.
6. If any user obtains and/or uses the E-Cash Vouchers in a fraudulent or improper manner, WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserves the right to disqualify the user from participating in the promotional activity and/or using the E-Cash Vouchers without prior notice.
7. WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to amend or change any terms and conditions of this campaign, or terminate this campaign.
8. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version will prevail.
