• eGift can be used at Duc Bao Restaurant - Hanoi Daewoo Hotel, at Ground floor. Please see the address information at "Store Location".
• Each eGift corresponds to 01 meal according to the Western Set menu for 02 people at Duc Bao Restaurant. Please refer to the menu HERE
• Multiple eGifts can be applied on one invoice; eGift will not be refunded for change and is not exchangeable for cash. Customers may be asked to pay extra if they use more than the value of the eGift.
• eGift is not valid with other promotions.
• eGift is applied on Tet holidays.
• Note: You can only change or cancel your reservation 24 hours before using the service and change it only once within the eGift's term. Outside of the above time, the reservation is considered to have been successfully made, you cannot refund or cancel the service in any case.
• The eGift price includes 5% service charge and 8% VAT. The restaurant does not issue VAT for the full value of the eGift.
• eGift is valid for one-time use only. Do not accept eGift beyond its expiry date, status "Used".
• Exported eGifts are non-refundable in any way.
• Customers are responsible for keeping eGift information confidential after placing an order. UrBox will not be responsible for returning eGifts that are lost or in "Used" status after the time the eGift is exported for any reason.
• UrBox is not responsible for the quality of the products or services provided or for any subsequent disputes between the customer and the Restaurant.
• UrBox reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
