Online Redemption:

  1. Sign in to your Mastermind Toys account at mastermindtoys.com/account/login. You must be signed in before checking out, otherwise the gift card option will not appear.
  2. Add your items to the cart, then click the Cart icon at the top of the page and click Check out.
  3. Do not use the express payment buttons such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay: gift cards cannot be redeemed on those screens. Scroll past them to continue to the standard mastermindtoys.com checkout page.
  4. Complete the Information and Shipping steps, then continue to Payment.
  5. Enter your gift card code in the gift card field and apply it.
  6. If your order total is higher than the gift card value, pay the difference with a credit card, PayPal, or another accepted method.

In-Store Redemption:

  1. Bring your gift card code with you, on your phone or printed, to any Mastermind Toys retail location.
  2. Present the code to a Play Expert at the cash register when paying.
  3. The value is deducted from your total, and you can cover any remaining amount with another payment method.
