The points can be earned from base fare flights and add-on services. In the Philippines, AirAsia Big Points can be used to redeem vouchers for various products and services. To check the balance of the gift card or voucher, users can log in to their AirAsia member account on the AirAsia website or the AirAsia Superapp.
