• If the barcode cannot be scanned, payment can be processed by manually entering the number shown below the barcode.
• The voucher balance can be used partially, like cash, during the validity period.
• If the voucher balance is insufficient, the remaining amount can be paid using another payment method, such as cash or credit card.
• The voucher can be used to purchase promotional and sale items at CU.
• The voucher can be used together with CU membership benefits or affiliated partner cards.

Items/Services Not Eligible for Purchase

• tobacco products.
• garbage bags.
• prepaid top-ups, including delivery services, lottery, Sports Toto, and transportation cards.
• gift certificates, including Shinsegae, Kumkang, and Culture gift certificates.
• consignment products, utility bills, or tax payments.
