This worked on my samsung pay. You just gotta make sure you register with the address on the credit card site. Tried it in many stores and it works fine! No issues so far! As long they accept samsung pay. You can even request a physical card for $3.00 extra.

Works easily with Google Pay. No issues with phone verification needed on the card. Works anywhere you try to use it. Checking the balance is incredibly inconvenient though. It requires a login and the website never sends the confirmation email to the email, so you cannot make an account. And thus, cannot ever check your balance.

This prepaid card is identical to Pay With Moon (which shut down recently) in terms of functionality. Although you do need to give the card issuer your personal information (no legal documents), it works just like Pay With Moon. You can use it to pay almost anywhere in the USA (I haven't tried international payments yet) and you can link the card to your mobile wallet, which is perfect for me. I will definitely be buying more cards in the future.

Further, we will not be liable: (1) If, through no fault of ours, you do not have enough funds available on your Card to complete the transaction; (2) If a merchant refuses to accept your Card; (3) If an electronic terminal where you are making a transaction does not operate properly; (4) If access to your Card has been blocked after you reported your Card lost or stolen; (5) If circumstances beyond our control (such as fire, flood or computer or communication failure) prevent the completion of the transaction; or (6) For any other exception stated in our Agreement with you once you register the card.
