When you call our medical experts through the app or mobile phone, a nurse receptionist will take all your symptoms and health issues. She will then connect you to the appropriate health expert and doctor to give you medical advise. You can also upload any files, photos or test results for the doctor's review. If needed, you will be sent an ePrescription via email.
Telemedicine or Teleconsultation allows you to connect to a nurse or doctor anytime using your mobile device online. Download the MYCARE by AVIZIA app from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure you have your ACCESS CODE ready with you (provided through email after you purchase). This is the code you receive when you subscribe to MYCARE BUDDY. HOW IS IT SENT? This will be emailed to your recipient as a PDF file. HOW TO REDEEM / HOW TELEMEDICINE WORKS: 1. Download MyCare by Avizia App from App Store or Play Store

4. Sign in and start a new visit. Choose video or audio
5. Schedule a consultation or do a walk-in visit through the app or mobile
6. A nurse receptionist will answer you and ask for your gift voucher code. The nurse receptionist will take all your symptoms and health issues
7. The nurse will connect you to a doctor for medical advise. You can upload files, photos or test results for the doctor’s review.
8. If needed you will be sent an ePrescription via email. You can also request a Medical Certificate.

And the nurse will call your mobile phone and guide you through everything. All online doctor consultations connect you to a nurse, then to a general practitioner on video or audio. The gift card is valid immediately after receiving it. It can be redeemed in all of the merchant’s branches. It has no expiry date, is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts, and is for one time use only.
