H2O Wireless PIN gives you a refill PIN to apply to your H2O account yourself. Our H2O PayGo and H2O Monthly refills are sent straight to the phone number you enter at checkout, so there's no PIN to apply.
The $10 PIN adds $10 of Pay As You Go credit, which you spend as you use your phone, until the expiry date that comes with the refill. The $60 PIN pays for one month of H2O's $60 Monthly Unlimited plan: unlimited talk, text and data (speeds are reduced after 60 GB), 20 GB of mobile hotspot, unlimited international calls to more than 100 countries, texts to any country, and international talk and roaming credit.
If your balance stays at $0 for 30 days in a row, H2O cancels your account and you lose your phone number. Unused data and international talk balance on a Monthly plan are also lost when the plan expires. You can ask customer service to reactivate a cancelled account, but H2O doesn't guarantee you'll get the same number back.
Text BAL to 327986787 from your H2O phone and you'll get a message with your remaining balance. You can also see your account's expiry date by logging in to your account at h2owireless.com.
