Mobile app:

  1. Open the Uber app and select Wallet from the menu.
  2. Choose Add Funds, then select Gift card.
  3. Enter the gift code exactly as shown, without spaces. The value is added to your Uber Cash balance.
  4. Use Uber Cash for eligible rides or Uber Eats orders in the app. It is normally applied to your next trip or order, but you can choose a different payment method before making your request.
  5. If your Uber Cash balance does not cover the total, add an active payment method for the remaining cost.

Gift cards can also be redeemed in the Uber Eats app. They can only be used in the country where purchased, and cannot be used with Family Profiles or scheduled rides.
