If the item isn't available at the time of redemption, you can redeem the peso value shown on the eGift instead, depending on current stock at the branch.

No, the eGift is for one-time use only, so if your purchase is less than the eGift value, no cash change is given; if it costs more, you pay the difference.

1. The E-gift card can be redeemed in selected stores for the meantime. Please check the list of selected stores here.

2. Each E-gift card has a unique code that corresponds to an amount or item. To use the E-gift card at the store, the code must be given by the recipient to the store manager for validation.

3. The recipient must wait for the store manager to finish the validation process. The store manager will receive a validation response indicating the E-gift card amount and validity. The store manager will follow only what is indicated in the validation response.

4. In the event that the store's E-gift card validation system is offline or unavailable, the store manager shall politely decline to accept the E-gift card. The recipient may still use the E-gift card when the system is back online.

5. The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the E-gift card code. The recipient must only give this to the store manager once he/she commits to use it at the store.

6. The E-gift card may not be valid for use on certain promotional items/services and it cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. The E-gift card is for one-time use only. If the total value of E-gift card is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the E-gift card amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference.

8. Maximum of five E-gift card codes may be used per transaction but the recipient can have multiple transactions per day.

9. The E-gift card may not be used in conjunction with Happy Plus. Note: During the redemption, stores will get E-gift card code only and will NOT collect any information from customers. Protect your personal information.
