When you visit the restaurant, simply present your voucher with the voucher number and PIN code to the staff.
- Only one Gift Card can be redeemed per order.
- Please reserve a table in good time.
- The Gift Card can be redeemed any day at any time in the restaurant and for all gastronomic services.
- The Gift Cards are valid for 3 years.
- If lost, unfortunately no new voucher or gift card can be issued.
- The Gift Cards are not personalized, i.e., issued in no name and are therefore to be treated like cash.
- If you have a Gift Card with a voucher number and PIN code, it is valid for a specific restaurant and cannot be exchanged or split into partial values.
- The conditions of the respective restaurant apply: please find out in the restaurant how any residual values are dealt with. As a rule, however, a new voucher will be issued for the residual value.
- There is no legal obligation to pay out cash in the restaurant.
HOW TO REDEEM:
- On www.yovite.com simply select the item "Redeem voucher" or go directly to www.yovite.com/einloesen
- Enter the password you have.
- You will be forwarded to the restaurant selection.
- After selecting the restaurant, we will send you the voucher (voucher number and PIN) for the selected restaurant immediately to your desired delivery e-mail address (some restaurants may send the voucher via post only, so please check with the restaurant beforehand).
- Print out the voucher with the voucher number and PIN and simply present it to the restaurant.
NOTE: A refund or new selection of another restaurant is no longer possible after delivery of the selected restaurant voucher. Only select the restaurant with a password if you plan to visit the restaurant within the next few days and may have already made a table reservation.
