I purchased a voucher for £5 just to try out the service. I was charged £5.40p - I would not mind that but then the voucher did not work... So basically I've been ripped off. I have called Lycamobile and they say the voucher serial number is not consistent with their codes so... Spent the best of 2 hours trying to resolve this as I had assumed the voucher was not working because blockchain took ages to confirm but obviously that was not the problem... Then waiting time for calling Lycamobile support was 20 mins. I usually just purchase directly from the Lycamobile website but I had the foolish idea of trying this service out since I always have spare bitcoin in my account. Very bad idea!!!

Du kannst das Guthaben für einen der 30-Tage-Tarife von Lyca einsetzen, die dir 30 Tage lang ein festes Paket an Leistungen geben, oder es als klassisches pay as you go Guthaben behalten und nach Verbrauch nutzen.

Laut den Bedingungen von Lyca Mobile UK verfällt aufgeladenes Guthaben 90 Tage nach dem Datum der Aufladung. Guthaben, das schon vor dem 5. August 2014 auf dem Konto war, ist davon nicht betroffen.

Melde dich auf der Website von Lyca Mobile UK in deinem My Lyca Konto an oder öffne die Lyca Mobile UK app. Nach der Anmeldung siehst du dein aktuelles Guthaben und weitere Kontodaten.

Wenn du 90 Tage lang nicht telefonierst, keine Nachricht sendest, keine mobilen Daten nutzt und keine Aufladung kaufst, meldet sich Lyca Mobile per SMS oder E-Mail, kündigt die Deaktivierung der SIM an und gibt dir danach weitere 30 Tage Zeit zu reagieren. Passiert in diesen 30 Tagen nichts, wird die SIM deaktiviert, deine Nummer geht an einen anderen Kunden und restliches Guthaben wird nicht erstattet. Lyca bietet außerdem eine kostenpflichtige Option an, um die Nummer bis zu einem Jahr zu halten.

Lyca Mobile PIN akzeptiert kein Krypto, aber du kannst dein Smartphone bei Bitrefill mit Bitcoin oder anderen Kryptowährungen aufladen.

Eine mobile Guthabenaufladung wird normalerweise innerhalb weniger Sekunden bis Minuten der Telefonnummer gutgeschrieben. Manchmal kann es beim Mobilfunkanbieter zu einer kleinen Verzögerung kommen – aber keine Sorge, wir schicken dir eine E-Mail-Bestätigung, sobald deine Aufladung erfolgreich verarbeitet wurde.
