Balance information comes from Marshalls via marshalls.com. Bitrefill does not ask for, store or transmit your existing gift card number or PIN.

Only if your card has one. Enter the gift card number on marshalls.com and, if the form asks for it, the PIN printed under the scratch-off panel on the back of the card. If the website cannot read your card, contact Marshalls customer support directly.

The gift card number is usually printed on the back of a physical Marshalls card, with any PIN under a scratch-off panel next to it. For digital gift cards, the number is in the email or app where you received the card.
