When redeeming your Google Play gift card for the first time, you may need to provide some additional information to Google. If prompted when trying to redeem the code:

  1. Click the "Send us details" link in the error message that appears.
  2. Fill out the form and upload your purchase receipt (you don’t need to upload the card itself).
  3. In the "City" field, write "Online".
  4. If your Google Play email doesn’t match the one on your Bitrefill receipt, include both emails in the form.

Mobile app redemption:

  1. Open the Google Play app
  2. At the top right, tap the Profile icon
