In Telegram, you review and confirm the purchase before payment. Bitrefill balance payments complete after confirmation; other supported methods use a checkout link. With an MCP client, purchase approvals depend on that client's configuration.

Asking questions is free. Products use Bitrefill's pricing, and you can review the total before confirming your purchase.

Connect your Bitrefill account to purchase through Telegram. Other requirements depend on the product and payment method: a phone top-up needs a phone number, and some payments require billing details.

No. Telegram bot conversations are cloud chats stored by Telegram. Other AI clients have their own data policies.

Bitrefill stores conversation history to maintain context, and order records for delivery and support. These records are separate from Telegram's storage and the AI provider's data policies.

For Bitrefill Assistant on Telegram, we use AI endpoints configured for zero data retention and no training on your messages, including voice requests. This applies to AI processing; Bitrefill and Telegram retain the records described above. Other AI clients have their own policies.
