The voucher code can only be submitted on the Kuwait version of the Almosafer app or website. You must be signed in with a verified account while submitting the unique voucher code. You'll receive the Wallet points within 60 minutes of submitting the code.
The Wallet points can be redeemed across Almosafer KUW web and app only The code is valid for one-time use only.
Duration of the code validity: Unlimited Earned Wallet points are valid for 1 year from the date the code is submitted. Stay & travel period: Open with no blackout dates. You must have the latest version of the Almosafer app to be able to use your Wallet. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. On web: Go to the 'Add & earn points' section under Wallet in 'My Account'. Choose the option to use a Wallet points code and submit your unique voucher code. You will receive the points in your Almosafer Wallet within 60 minutes of submission and can then redeem it on bookings.
Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.
