Instructions for topping up VETC points:

  1. Customers access the VETC application, select the 3-line icon (top left of the screen).
  2. Select "VETC POINTS" and enter the code in the "Enter gift code" box, click the "REDEEM" button.
  3. After the VETC system verifies the valid code, the points will be added to the customer's VETC e-Wallet.

  • VETC points can only be used to deduct fees for non-stop toll collection (ETC) services on the VETC application
  • When customers go through a non-stop toll collection (ETC) station, the fee will be automatically deducted from the VETC Point Wallet
  • In case the number of VETC points is enough to pay the entire fee, the Customer will not incur any additional costs.
  • In case the VETC points are not enough to pay the entire fee, the remaining amount will be automatically deducted from the customer's VETC Wallet account

  • eGift will not be refunded and cannot be converted into cash. Customers may be asked to pay more if the value of the eGift is exceeded.
