Instructions for the customer:

  1. Go to any of the participating locations of KFC: See the locations here.
  2. Present the eGift code or show the QR code.
  3. The store manager or cashier will validate your eGift code or QR code to accept it as a form of payment.Enjoy!

Instructions for the cashier:

  1. On POS press GC icon or Card icon to pay for the order: PIN pad will display toswipe/slide card. Type in the card number using the keypad on the PIN pad.
  2. Ifyour PIN pad shows an “ENTER CARD” button, press “ENTER CARD” and then type inthe card number. Press the GREEN BUTTON after you enter the card number.
  3. The PINpad will prominently display “Approved” or “REDEMPTION Approval” upon successfulcompletion of the transaction.
