1. Validly activated gift cards can be redeemed for full or partial payment for the goods (sales at vending machines are excluded) in PRIMARK stores where gift card services are available.
2. Gift cards purchased in Slovenia can only be redeemed in PRIMARK stores in Slovenia.
3. The minimum amount for activating a gift card is EUR 5, and the maximum amount on the gift card is EUR 200.
4. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
5. The remaining amount cannot be refunded, but all remaining balance can be redeemed for future purchases.
6. The balance on the gift card will expire within 5 years after the last use of the gift card.
7. PRIMARK is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
8. PRIMARK reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time if it reasonably deems it necessary.
9. Notices of such changes will be posted in stores. This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Darilne kartice ni mogoče zamenjati za gotovino ali bone.
5. Preostalega zneska ni mogoče vrniti, ves preostali znesek pa lahko unovčite za prihodnje nakupe.
