  1. Gift vouchers can be redeemed at zalando.de or via the Zalando app. Details and at http://zalando.de/agb-geschenkgutscheine
  2. Gift Card values will be limited to max 200€. In non-EUR countries, max Gift Card values will be limited to the equivalent of max 200€ in local currency.
  3. Gift Card transactions will be limited to max 200€ per transaction.
  4. Gift Cards will expire after 5 years (subject to local regulations).
  5. Gift Cards can be redeemed on Zalando’s fashion assortment only.
  6. Cash payment and reimbursement in case of loss/damage are not possible.
  7. The activation of the gift voucher usually takes place within 24 hours of purchase.
  8. If you cancel the order or return goods for which a gift voucher was used, the amount you paid will be transferred back to you, credited, or charged. For purchases via zalando.de or the app, the value of the voucher will be returned to your user account.
  9. Gift vouchers cannot be subsequently credited to an order. They are excluded from the exchange and cannot be blocked.
  10. If you send a voucher by email, Zalando will inform you about the receipt of the voucher.
