Yes. Public Mobile says that if you would like to add funds to your account ahead of your renewal date you have a few options. Your service then renews automatically at the end of your subscription cycle.

Public Mobile says it will hold your service for up to 90 days after your subscription ended, reduced to 58 days for any new activations that are not renewed after the first 30 days of service.

Dial *611 on your phone to check your account balance and confirm your plan expiry date. Public Mobile says you can do all this and more in the Public Mobile app or in My Account.

Your service goes on hold, and to resume it you have to make a payment to continue your subscription. After the hold period your account is permanently closed, which means you lose your phone number and need a new Public Mobile SIM card to resubscribe.

PublicMobile PIN does not accept crypto, but you can top up your smartphone on Bitrefill using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
