This eGift Card must be activated prior to use.
  • To activate, follow these steps:
  • How to Use Your eGift Card In-Store Redemption:
    • Upon activation, you will receive the complete eGift Card and a security code via email and mobile number.
    • Visit any Metro outlet across Pakistan, go to the customer service desk, and they will take care of the redemption process. To find the nearest store location, visit: https://www.metro.pk/stores
  • Online Redemption:
    • Visit the Metro online store at https://www.metro-online.pk/ and add your desired items to the cart.
    • At checkout, enter your eGift Card in the following format: GK-[12 Digit Gift Card Number]-[4 Digit Security Code] Example: GK-12345678ABCD-1234
    • Ensure the gift card amount is correctly deducted from your total bill before proceeding.

You can only use a single card per purchase.
This card can only be used once.
