The amount will be deducted from the eGift card. If the payable balance is more than the balance on the eGift card, you may select other payment methods to pay for the remaining amount.You may check your eGift card balance in your SHEIN account.The balance in your eGift card may be used on SHEIN to purchase products and services. The eGift card balance cannot be withdrawn for cash.If an order is paid by an eGift card and a refund was requested, the portion paid by the eGift card will be returned to the eGift card.SHEIN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized eGift cards.
How to redeem:After selecting items click on “Checkout”.Enter eGift Card details under Gift CardEnter eGift Card number and PIN and click “Apply” to redeem the eGift Card.Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.
