Your Tata Play Subscriber ID, also known as your DTH customer ID, is the unique identification number assigned to your Tata Play DTH account, and it is the number a recharge is applied to. Tata Play says you can find it on your welcome letter or monthly bill, in the My Tata Play app, or by texting SUB to 56677 from your registered mobile number.
Tata Play states that your Subscriber ID, account balance, monthly recharge amount, next recharge date, package details and recharge options can be found by giving a missed call to 8880488804 from your registered mobile number, by logging in, or by texting BD to 56633.
Tata Play states that your monthly pack depends on the plan and channels you subscribe to, so the amount you need varies by account. A recharge adds balance that the monthly pack is drawn from, and Tata Play accepts denominations between 200 and 99,999 rupees.
Tata Play offers an Emergency Top Up that credits three days' worth of balance to keep your TV working while you recharge, and the amount is auto-debited on the fourth day from your Tata Play account. It can be used only on your recharge due date or within the following 7 days, and Tata Play states it is available only for eligible accounts.

Tata Play does not accept crypto, but you can top up your smartphone on Bitrefill using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
