On an Ay Yildiz prepaid tariff you top up credit in advance and use it for calls, SMS or mobile internet. Ay Yildiz's options, such as the Smart and Internet Flat packages, are booked separately and need enough credit on the account first.
Ay Yildiz gives every top-up an activity window: a top-up of 5 euros or more gives 3 months and a top-up of 10 euros or more gives 6 months, so every amount sold here gives 6 months. A new top-up adds its window to the time you have left, so topping up 15 euros when 3 months remain leaves you with 9 months.
Enter *100# on your phone to see your current Ay Yildiz prepaid credit. It is also shown in the AY YILDIZ App for iOS and Android and in the Mein AY YILDIZ customer portal.
After your credit expires you can still be reached within Germany for two months. You can only use paid services again if you top up new credit within those two months, and if you do not, your SIM card is irrevocably deactivated.
Ay Yildiz does not accept crypto, but you can top up your smartphone on Bitrefill using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
A mobile airtime top-up should be added to a phone number within a few seconds to minutes. Sometimes, there may be a small delay on the part of the mobile operator, but rest assured, we will send you an email confirmation as soon as your top-up has been processed successfully.
