  2. Limited to 1 (one) time redemption via only one of the available ordering methods; Dine-In, Takeaway, Drive-Thru, Kiosk, and Online Redemption via KFC App or KFC.com.my registered customers only.
  3. Not applicable for redemption via KFC Customer Care.
  4. Multiple redemptions of the same KFC Digital E-Voucher Code are not permitted.
  5. For in-store redemption via cashier or self-service kiosk: customers must scan the voucher QR code before checkout.
  6. For online redemption via KFC App or KFC.com.my: customers must enter the KFC Digital E-Voucher Code before checkout.
  7. Delivery orders are subject to a minimum order of RM15.
