Gift Card TheFork

TheFork Gift Card (the "Gift Card") can be used in participating TheFork restaurants. It is valid for eighteen (18) months from the date of issue shown on the Gift Card (which may be earlier than the date of actual receipt of the Gift Card). However, TheFork may launch marketing actions in which the Gift Cards have a validity period different from 18 months, so please read the conditions of these actions carefully.

The Gift Card consists of a code, a visual and associated information. Gift Cards have a predetermined value that cannot be modified. It is not possible to replace, recharge or be reimbursed (even partially) for a Gift Card.

TheFork accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of the Gift Card. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. The Gift Card may not be resold but may be offered to a third party, provided that the Gift Card code is not entered into the application.

 The Gift Card can be used in TheFork's partner restaurants located in Spain for meals (food and drinks) but also food products and drinks offered by the restaurant, if they are added to your bill, as follows:

o   enter the Gift Card code into TheFork PAY;

o   reserve a table at a participating restaurant on thefork.es or on the application (the "Platform");

o   enjoy your meal...and maybe add a bottle of that great wine or olive oil you've just tried to take away;

o   Pay the bill with TheFork PAY - if the Gift Card doesn't cover the whole bill, you can top it up with a credit card registered with TheFork PAY or any other payment method.

Participating restaurants can be selected:

a) by clicking on the "Where can I use my Gift Card?" button in TheFork PAY;

b) once you have entered the Gift Card code into TheFork PAY by searching the list of participating restaurants that will appear in TheFork PAY; or

c) on the Platform using the "Gift Cards" filter.

Gift Cards are issued by La Fourchette España S.L., (trading as TheFork).

Gift Cards may not be used in any other way or for any other purpose than as set out in these Terms of Use. The purchase of a Gift Card does not imply any attribution of Yums. TheFork reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time at its discretion. These Terms of Use shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law
