This is a BESTSELLER card, usable at JACK & JONES and other participating BESTSELLER brand retailers in France.

Online:

  1. Add your items to the basket on jackjones.com/fr-fr and go to checkout.
  2. At the payment step, select Carte cadeau as the payment method.
  3. Enter the card number and the control code, then click Appliquer.
  4. Continue the checkout to see the updated total. The reduced amount may only show at the final payment step.
  5. You can apply up to 5 gift cards to one order, and pay any remaining amount with another accepted payment method such as a credit card or PayPal.

In-Store Redemption:

  1. Find a participating store with the store finder on the JACK & JONES website.
  2. Present the card number and barcode to the cashier when paying.
  3. The value is deducted from your total, and you can pay any difference with another payment method accepted by the store.

The card covers clothing, including shoes and accessories such as bags, jewellery, cosmetics and perfume. Any unused credit stays on the card for a later purchase, and remaining credit cannot be paid out in cash.
