The Keells e-voucher is redeemed in person at Keells supermarkets in Sri Lanka. It cannot be used for online orders on keellssuper.com, and it is not accepted at Super K stores.
  1. Find a Keells outlet using the official store locator.
  2. Pick the products you want to buy and take them to the cashier.
  3. Present your e-voucher code at the cashier at the time of purchase, before the payment is completed.
  4. The cashier applies the voucher value to your bill. You can present more than one e-voucher code in the same transaction.
  5. Pay any remaining amount above the voucher value with another payment method.

The full value of the e-voucher must be used in a single transaction.

Yes. The full value of the e-voucher has to be redeemed in a single transaction, and any unused balance remaining after that purchase is not refunded in cash or in any other form.

  1. The e-vouchers are valid till the expiry stated.
  2. This e-voucher cannot be converted to cash. It should be used to purchase products.
  3. This e-voucher should be redeemed in total on a single purchase.
  4. Any unutilized amounts of the value of the e-Voucher after a single purchase shall not be refunded in cash or otherwise.
  5. Lost or misplaced e-vouchers will be considered redeemed and will not be replaced.
  6. In the event of any dispute, the customer acknowledges that the decision of Keells shall be final.
  7. Nexus points will be awarded only on the purchase of the e-voucher and not on redemption.
  8. This e-voucher entitles you to purchase goods to the said value from any Keells store. This cannot be redeemed on online purchases
  9. The e-voucher code validity period will not be extended on any request.
