Current balance and validity of the eGift Card can be checked online at www.redtag-stores.com or at any REDTAG store in the country for which it has been purchased. These queries should not be addressed to YouGotaGift.com This eGift Card is valid for purchase to the full value loaded. It can be redeemed multiple times before expiry till all balance has been consumed. Should the purchase value exceed the value of the eGift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the eGift Card. This eGift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. The eGift Card cannot be used to purchase a Gift card. REDTAG does not accept responsibility or liability for lost, misplaced, stolen or any unauthorized use this eGift Card. In case of a refund or exchange of merchandise REDTAG refund policy applies.
