• Can only be used on the T'way Air website, mobile web, or app. (Cannot be used at reservation centers or airport counters, etc.)
• Can be used like cash for all products including airline tickets, additional services, and fees. ※ However, cannot be used for paying the 'T'way Plus' membership subscription.
• No limit on the number of payments — can be freely used until the balance is depleted.
• If the purchase exceeds the voucher balance, you can combine it with other payment methods (credit card, simple payment, etc.).
• Can be used with other discount coupons or codes distributed on the T'way Air website. ※ However, for coupons limited to specific payment methods (e.g., Kakao Pay or card companies), it is only valid when paying more than the minimum amount required by that method.
• Cash receipts can be issued for the used amount. (Contact T’way Air reservation center for this.)
• Only one mobile voucher can be used per transaction. (Multiple vouchers cannot be applied to one payment.)
• If you book for a round-trip or for 2 or more people and then separate or partially cancel the booking, the voucher amount may be split.
• Change/Cancellation/No-show policy after using a mobile voucher:
  1. When changing the itinerary, the fee is paid by your chosen method:
     • If the new fare is lower: the difference is refunded via the mobile voucher.
     • If the new fare is higher: the difference is paid using the preferred payment method.
  2. When canceling or no-showing, the refund will be made via the mobile voucher after deducting the fee.
  3. If combined payment was used (voucher + other method), refunds due to itinerary changes will be randomly issued either via the voucher or the other method used.
