[How to Redeem]

1. Call 080-970-0123 (toll-free).
2. After the call ends, you will receive a barcode-type authentication message (MMS).
3. Visit an AK PLAZA location (Suwon, Bundang, Pyeongtaek, Wonju), Information Desk (Gwangmyeong), or Airport Store (Incheon) and present the authentication message to make a payment.

[Places Where It Can Be Used]

• Immediate Use: AK PLAZA (Suwon, Bundang, Pyeongtaek, Wonju, Gwangmyeong, Geumjeong), AK (Hongdae, Giheung), and Airport Stores (excluding concession stores).
• Exchange for Paper Gift Certificate: Gift Certificate Desks at all AK PLAZA stores (Suwon, Bundang, Pyeongtaek, Wonju), Information Desk (Gwangmyeong).

[Important Notes] ※ The initial gift message does not contain a barcode. To receive the actual barcode for use, please call the ARS number provided in the message. ※ The authentication message has a validity period. Please call 080-970-0123 on the same day you plan to use or redeem it, using the phone that received the message. If the message has expired, you can call again to receive a new one. ※ For balance refunds, contact Galaxia Moneytree Customer Service at 1566-0123 (Weekdays 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). (Refund available if over 60% of the voucher is used for amounts over 10,000 KRW / over 80% for amounts under 10,000 KRW)
