  • The voucher holder or their proxy should visit any of Naivas supermarket physical 91 branches across Kenya
  • The customer should present the voucher code to the cashier after picking the goods
  • The cashier, will enter the code presented and issue a receipt for goods purchased
  • In case the goods purchased are less than the voucher value, the voucher holder can get a balance by getting another voucher for the difference
  • The customer pays for the difference, in cases where the amount redeemed is less then the total value of the goods purchased
1.To redeem your Coupon code, simply visit any Naivas physical store in Kenya
2.It can be redeemed for any merchandise offered at any Naivas physical store across Kenya
3.Validity is capped at 6 months, however, in case the time lapses, the voucher can be reactivated if it has not been utilized, to activate please visit any of the Naivas branches in Kenya and the voucher can be reactivated for use
4.The voucher can only be presented once in any of our branches after which it ceases to exist
5.It cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, or damaged
6.If misplaced Naivas cannot block/cancel the voucher, and the customer will not be liable for any transactions on the lost/stolen voucher
