Libon は残高をまとめて販売するのではなく通話分数のパックを販売しており、必要なパックは発信先の通信事業者によって変わります。Libon は、最適なレートを提供するために各国の通信事業者と交渉していると述べています。
残高は Libon アプリのホーム画面でいつでも確認できます。
Libon の利用規約では、購入した分数パッケージに別段の定めがないかぎり、発信先は1か月あたり40件、1日あたり15件の異なる連絡先までに制限され、1回の通話は連続3時間までとされています。Libon は、特別料金番号やプレミアムレート番号への通話は禁止されており、接続されないとも述べています。
