Klook e-Gift Card codes are redeemed to your Klook account and then used to pay for your booking at checkout.

Online:

  1. Sign in to your Klook account at klook.com, or create one first.
  2. Check that your site currency setting matches the currency of your gift card, as Klook gift cards do not support currency conversion.
  3. Go to the Klook gift card page, enter your code in the Redeem a card box and click Redeem.
  4. Find the activity, hotel, transport or other experience you want and add it to your cart.
  5. At checkout, select Gift Card among the payment methods to apply your balance. You can also enter the gift card voucher code directly at checkout.
  6. If the booking costs more than your gift card value, pay the remaining amount with another payment method.

Klook app:

  1. Open the Klook app and sign in to the same account you redeemed the card on.
  2. Choose the experience you want to book and continue to the payment step.
  3. Select the Gift Card payment option to pay with your balance, and cover any difference with another payment method.

Each gift card code can be redeemed only once, so plan to use its full value. Your balance can be used on top of KlookCash and promo codes, but it cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another Klook account.
