Carrefour Gift Card

This is a Tav Plus (תו פלוס) voucher from Carrefour Israel, accepted at Carrefour food stores and at over 100 other participating chains. Before you shop, check that the chain accepts Tav Plus on the official list: https://tavplus.co.il/

In-store redemption:

1. Go to a participating store. The Carrefour branch list is here: https://brand.carrefour.co.il/branches
2. At the register, show the cashier your digital voucher number. No app or club membership is needed for this.
3. The amount is deducted from the voucher balance. If your purchase costs more, pay the difference with another payment method.

Online redemption:

1. Shop on the website of a chain marked "מימוש גם באונליין" ("also redeemable online") in the participating-chains leaflet linked from https://tavplus.co.il/
2. At checkout, choose the Tav Plus payment option and enter your voucher number.
3. Only one voucher can be used per order on these online stores.

Carrefour app redemption:

1. Install the Carrefour app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. Join the Carrefour club in the app. Membership is required to redeem the voucher through the app.
3. Follow the in-app instructions the first time you redeem, to link the voucher. The voucher is tied to the device and phone number you use.
4. Pay with the voucher at checkout through the app. You can also view your balance in real time and transfer voucher balance to another registered user.

Partial use is fine: whatever is left stays on the voucher for further purchases. Cash change is not given for unused value.

The voucher cannot be used for alcohol, tobacco, or cigarettes.

Yes: you can transfer the voucher to another person through the Carrefour app, by selecting the recipient from your phone contacts. Both you and the recipient need to be registered in the app for the transfer to work.

Yes: the voucher cannot be used to buy products in the alcohol, tobacco and cigarette categories. Carrefour also reserves the right to exclude further product categories, which it publishes on its website.
