Syarat & Ketentuan:
1. Kartu e-Gift ini HANYA dapat ditukarkan / digunakan di semua jaringan Lulu Hypermarket Indonesia (Cakung, qbig BSD, Vivo Mall Sentul, The Park Sawangan, dan Cimone, dsb)
2. Kartu e-Gift ini berlaku selama satu tahun sejak tanggal dikeluarkan.
3. E-Gift Card tidak dapat ditukar dengan uang tunai. Tidak ada pengembalian uang tunai sebagian / penuh yang akan diberikan.
4. Lulu Hypermarkets tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan kartu dan tidak ada permintaan penggantian/kompensasi atas kode yang hilang.
5. Setelah Kartu E-Gift diterbitkan/digunakan, permintaan pembatalan tidak akan dilayani.
6. Jika nilai pembelian melebihi nilai Kartu e-Gift, nilai diferensial harus dibayar oleh pelanggan yang menukarkan Kartu e-Gift.
7. Kartu E-Gift hanya berlaku untuk satu kali penukaran. Setiap jumlah saldo dalam Kartu E-Gift setelah kartu ditukarkan akan hangus.
8. Maksimal 5 e-Gift Card dapat digunakan untuk satu kali pembelian.
9. Penggantian / kompensasi tidak diperbolehkan / dibayarkan untuk Kartu e-Gift yang hilang.
10. Pemegang kartu dianggap sebagai penerima.
11. Lulu Hypermarkets berhak untuk mengubah setiap / semua syarat dan ketentuan Kartu e-Gift ini setiap saat tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya. Setiap perselisihan akan dirujuk ke PT. Lulu Group Retail (Perusahaan) dan keputusan Perusahaan bersifat final.

Terms & Conditions:
1. This e-Gift Card is redeemable/use ONLY at Lulu Hypermarket Indonesia network (Cakung, qbig BSD, Vivo Mall Sentul, The Park Sawangan, and Cimone etc).
2. This e-Gift Card is valid as per the expiry date stated on it.
3. The E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash refund in part / full will be provided.
4. Lulu Hypermarkets will not be responsible for lost card and no demand for replacement / compensation for the lost code will be entertained.
5. Once the E-Gift Card is issued / used, request for cancellation will not be entertained.
6. Should the purchase value exceed the value of the e-Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the e-Gift Card.
7. E-Gift Cards are valid for one time redemption only. Any balance amount in the E-Gift Card after the card is redeemed will be forfeited.
8. Maximum 5 e-Gift Cards can be used for one purchase.
9. No replacement / compensation is permissible/ payable for lost e-Gift Card.
10. The holder of the card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
11. Lulu Hypermarkets reserves the right to alter any / all the terms and conditions of this e-Gift Card any time without prior notice. Any dispute shall be referred to PT. Lulu Group Retail (the Company) and the decision of the Company shall be final."""
