• No refunds. Bitrefill will not issue refunds for Mastercard Cards. All sales are final.
• Swype.cards reserves the right to amend this list at any time to ensure alignment with applicable laws, international sanctions, and internal policies.
• Expiration timeframes:
  • Expiration of link: 60 days
  • Expiration if card is inactive: 90 days
  • Expiration if card is active: 3 years
• Users attempting to obtain or use this card in restricted regions may have their transactions declined or accounts suspended.
• This card is not available for issuance in certain countries and regions due to regulatory, compliance, or operational limitations. Restricted Locations:
  • Africa: Sudan
  • Americas: Cuba, Venezuela
  • Asia: Afghanistan, Iran, North Korea, Syria
  • Europe: Belarus, Russian Federation, Crimea region of Ukraine (disputed territory but geographically in Europe), Donetsk region of Ukraine, Luhansk region of Ukraine
• Users attempting to obtain or use this card in restricted regions may have their transactions declined or accounts suspended.
• Transactions involving countries, regions, entities, or individuals subject to sanctions administered or enforced by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) are strictly prohibited under this card program and applicable U.S. sanctions laws.
• The card issuer reserves the right to block, suspend, terminate, or otherwise restrict card access at any time where sanctions, compliance, fraud, regulatory, or risk concerns are identified.
• This card cannot be used for gambling, illegal activities, money transfers, adult content, funding stored-value accounts or wallets, or other restricted merchant categories. Transactions with prohibited merchants will be declined. We reserve the right to update the list of restricted merchant categories at any time to comply with applicable laws, card network rules, and our risk policies.
• To help you protect your prepaid card activations, enter your email address to enable one-time-password (OTP).
• How it works:
  • By providing the recipient email, you ensure that only the specified email address can access the activation link for the card. This adds a crucial layer of protection against unauthorized access.
• Important Notes:
  • Adding the recipient email is optional, but strongly recommended for enhanced security.
  • Reloadly and Swype.cards do not send activation links directly to cardholders.
  • This feature solely restricts access based on the email you provide.
