Subway® Gift Card

Your Subway® eGift Card has a card number and a PIN, both included in the delivery email. The balance can be used to buy eligible items at participating Subway® restaurants in the UK.

In-restaurant:

1. Go to a participating Subway® restaurant in the UK. You can check the list here: https://www.subway.com/en-gb/campaigns
2. Order at the counter as usual.
3. When paying, present the QR code associated with your eGift Card so the staff can scan it. You can also add the gift card to your mobile wallet and present it from there.
4. The amount is deducted from the card balance. If your order costs more than the balance, pay the difference with another accepted payment method.

Subway® App:

1. Download the Subway® App and place an order for collection from a participating Subway® restaurant.
2. At checkout, choose to pay with your Subway® Gift Card and enter the card number and PIN from your delivery email.
3. If the order total is higher than the card balance, pay the remainder with another payment method.

Gift cards work for in-restaurant purchases and for App orders placed for in-restaurant collection. They cannot be used for orders placed through third-party online ordering or delivery services, and cannot be used to buy other Subway® Gift Cards.

You do not need to spend the full amount at once: any remaining balance stays on the card and can be used for later purchases until it runs out. No change is given.

Linking the card to a Subway Rewards® account is optional. You can still pay in restaurant without linking it. To link it, visit the Subway Rewards® page, download the Subway® App and follow the onscreen instructions.

• Subs: Footlong and six-inch subs made to order, from Chicken Tikka and Classic B.M.T. to Veggie Delite, with your pick of salad, sauces and cheese
• Wraps and salads: The same fillings wrapped in a tortilla or served as a salad bowl, alongside jacket potatoes for a warmer option
• Sides and treats: Cookies and other treats from the Cookies & Treats range, plus sides and soft drinks to turn a sub into a full meal
• Where it works: Payment for eligible goods at participating Subway restaurants in the UK, including app orders placed for in-restaurant collection
• Balance: Loaded in pounds sterling, with any remaining balance kept on the card for later visits and usable towards part of a larger order

No. Subway states that you will not be charged any fees in connection with using the card. Any remaining balance stays available for later purchases until it has been fully used, though no change is given in cash.

No. Linking the card to a Subway Rewards account is optional, and you can pay with it in person at participating Subway restaurants in the UK without registering. You can still choose to link it to an account if you want to.

No. The card can be used in person at participating Subway restaurants in the UK, or for orders placed through the Subway App for collection in the restaurant, but not for orders placed through third-party online ordering services. Acceptance is also not guaranteed at every Subway restaurant, because each one is an independent franchise.
