Yes, the prepaid balance can be used for charging sessions at Blulinc's own charging points as well as at third-party charging points through roaming partnerships.

Yes, you can top up your balance anytime through the Blulinc app before starting a new charging session if your current balance is not enough.

Yes, the balance expires if your account has no charging session and no top-up for 12 consecutive months; any session or top-up restarts a new 12-month period for the full remaining balance, and once expired the balance is kept by Blulinc.

Good to know:

  1. Using your balance. Your Blulinc balance pays for charging sessions. Charging is only possible while you have balance available.
  2. When your balance runs out. Once your balance reaches zero, you can’t start or continue charging. To keep charging, top up your balance again.
  3. No deposit holds. Prepaid balance is not subject to deposit holds. The cost of a session is deducted from your balance right after the session ends.
  4. Minimum balance to start. Some chargers require a minimum amount of balance before a session can begin. If your balance is below that amount, you’ll need to top up first.
