A $10 or $20 Simple Mobile refill buys a data add-on rather than a plan: Simple Mobile states these include no service days and only work on a line that already has an active plan, so neither amount extends your service. Its 30-day plans are $25, $30, $40, $50 and $60, and those headline prices are the standard ones, while the lower figure beside each needs Auto Pay with a card on file.

Simple Mobile's 30-day plans run on a 30-day cycle, and the day you redeem a plan counts as day one, with your service end date the last day of that cycle. Simple Mobile also sells 3-month and 6-month plans through its retailers.

Text USAGE to 611611 from your Simple Mobile phone to get your balance, or DUE DATE to 611611 for your service end date. Your plan details, end date and data usage are also shown in My Account. Simple Mobile publishes no dial code for this.

Your service end date is the day your service is suspended. Simple Mobile gives no refund or discount for unused service that expires after that date, and it says that after 90 days deactivated the chance of keeping your original number drops sharply because carriers recycle inactive numbers.

Yes. You buy the refill on Bitrefill and pay with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, as well as with crypto. These non-crypto methods are only available in specific regions, so a card issued outside them may not go through.

Simple Mobile does not accept crypto, but you can top up your smartphone on Bitrefill using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.

A mobile airtime top-up should be added to a phone number within a few seconds to minutes. Sometimes, there may be a small delay on the part of the mobile operator, but rest assured, we will send you an email confirmation as soon as your top-up has been processed successfully.
