From your AT&T Prepaid phone: dial *888*, then your PIN, then #. Example: *888*1234567899874#. AT&T will confirm that the refill was applied to your account.

Online:

  1. Sign in to your AT&T Prepaid account at att.com/signin.
  2. Select Manage Prepaid account, then Make a Payment.
  3. Scroll to AT&T Prepaid Refill Card, enter your PIN and select Continue.

By phone: call 611 from your AT&T Prepaid phone or 800.901.9878 from another phone. AT&T charges a convenience fee for refill card payments made by phone or with an agent.

This listing gives you a PIN that you apply to your AT&T Prepaid account yourself, while the standard AT&T refill is delivered straight to the prepaid device. This PIN product comes in set amounts from $10 to $100, and the standard refill lets you type in your own amount.

Call 611 from your AT&T Prepaid phone, or 800.901.9878 from any other phone, then say Balance and payments and follow the prompts. The automated line reads out both your account balance and your expiration date.

You have 60 days from your balance expiration date to make a payment. If you do not, AT&T cancels the account and you lose your phone number.

Not by topping up. Once the account is cancelled, AT&T requires a new SIM card and a new plan to re-establish the service, so top up before the 60 day window closes.
