Cricket says its monthly phone plans include $60/mo., $50/mo., $40/mo. and more, so the amount to top up depends on the plan on your account.
Your current account balance and payment due date are available at any time online or in the myCricket app. The app home screen displays the payment amount and amount due.
Cricket suspends the service if you miss your due date. While suspended you cannot make or receive calls or texts, or use data, but you can still call Customer Support at 611 and call 911, and you may change your plan and remove features.
Cricket says to pay within 60 days of your last pay date to keep your number, and that otherwise your account will be canceled. The day you pay becomes your new due date, and a reactivation fee may apply.
Cricket does not accept crypto, but you can top up your smartphone on Bitrefill using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
