What do I get for an O2 pay as you go top up?

O2 swaps the credit for your monthly allowance rather than leaving it as spendable credit. Every Big Bundle includes unlimited minutes and texts, with the data amount set by the tariff. A £10 minimum top up is required for all bundles, including the £5 Big Bundle.

How long does my O2 allowance last after I top up?

One calendar month. A Big Bundle allowance is valid up until midnight the day before your renewal date, one calendar month after the payment was taken.

How do I check my O2 pay as you go balance?

Dial 4444 from your O2 mobile, choose option 2, and 2 again. You can also text BALANCE free to 20202, or sign in to My O2 online or in the app.

What happens to my O2 pay as you go number if I do not top up?

If you carry out no chargeable activity at least once in any 6 month period, the phone is disconnected and you lose any remaining credit on the account. If you are reconnected after that, you are given a new mobile number.
