Option 1: Redeem by phone
- On your congstar prepaid phone, open the dialer.
- Enter: *101*CashCode#
- Replace CashCode with your prepaid PIN.
- Example: *101*123456789012345#
- Press the Call button.
- Your prepaid balance will be added to your account.
Option 2: Redeem in the congstar app
- Open the congstar app and sign in to your account.
- Select the option to top up/redeem a Cash Code.
- Enter your prepaid PIN (Cash Code).
- Confirm the redemption to add the credit to your account.
