- Enter the E-Plus phone number you want to top up, including the country code, and double-check it. Top-ups sent to the wrong number cannot be reversed.
- Choose the amount or plan and complete your payment.
- The credit is usually applied within a few minutes. The recipient normally gets a confirmation SMS from the operator, and you will receive an order confirmation from us by email.
- To verify, check the balance in the operator's app or with the operator's balance check code.
If the top-up has not arrived within a few hours, contact our support with your order number and we will look into it.
