congstar sells its prepaid top-up vouchers in 15, 30 and 50 euro values, the same three amounts offered here. Its prepaid tariffs cost 5,00, 7,00, 10,00, 12,00 and 16,00 euro per four weeks for 1, 5, 25, 40 and 50 GB, so 15 euro covers one four-week cycle of all but the largest, and 30 euro covers anywhere from two to six cycles depending which tariff you are on.

congstar's prepaid tariffs run in four-week cycles, with the price taken from your credit every four weeks. congstar does not publish how long prepaid credit itself stays valid, and a prepaid tariff can be cancelled at any time with no notice period.

Dial *100# from your congstar phone and confirm with the green call key, and your current balance appears on screen straight away. Calling the short code 9577 reads it out instead, and congstar states both are free.

The tariff stops applying and your calls and texts are billed at congstar's standard pay-per-use rates until the charge goes through. congstar keeps trying to take it for up to 118 days and sends you an SMS once it succeeds, at which point the tariff applies again.

Yes. You buy the top-up on Bitrefill and pay with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, as well as with crypto. These non-crypto methods are only available in specific regions, so a card issued outside them may not go through.

Congstar does not accept crypto, but you can top up your smartphone on Bitrefill using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.

A mobile airtime top-up should be added to a phone number within a few seconds to minutes. Sometimes, there may be a small delay on the part of the mobile operator, but rest assured, we will send you an email confirmation as soon as your top-up has been processed successfully.
