Libon sells minute packs rather than one pool of credit, and which pack you need depends on the carrier you want to call. Libon states that its teams negotiate with carriers in all countries to offer the best rates.

Libon's terms limit calls to 40 different contacts per month and 15 different contacts per day, unless the minute package you bought specifies otherwise, and cap each call at 3 consecutive hours. Libon also states that calls to special or premium rate numbers are prohibited and will not be routed.
